sleep time calculator

this tool is designed to help you calculate the best times for falling asleep, optimizing your sleep cycles for maximum restfulness. it takes into account the typical 90-minute sleep cycle, which is key to achieving deep, restorative sleep with the recommended 5-6 cycles of sleep (7.5-9 hours).

if you choose the "wake up at" option, the tool adds a 15-minute buffer which accounts for the time it typically takes for you to fall asleep after getting into bed, allowing for a more accurate wake-up time.
